Next Day Delivery Guaranteed - Or the cost of Delivery Refunded !

If an order for bioethanol fuel is placed before 3.30pm, we will guarantee* to book the product out for collection the same day on a standard next day service.  

*A standard next day service can be delivered anytime between the hours  of 08.00am -18.00hrs  Mon-Fri excluding  weekends, bank holidays and  timed deliveries. This  delivery only applies once the package has been collected (due to courier's policy), and excludes any back log of traffic notified to the client when the order is placed. In addition, where the delivery company attempts to deliver the product and is unable (because the recipient is not present), we will class this as having met our guarantee. We will not guarantee a next day service against special instructions ie leave with a neighbour, leave behind bin etc All products  must be signed for.

If not present when the goods are delivered our courier will leave a card giving guidance on how to arrange a redelivery. Please note our courier will attmept delivery on two separate occassions (a total of two attempts). Your goods will then be held at your local depot for 5 days, if the goods are not collected within this period these will be returned to Prestigious Fires. If you require the goods to be redelivered there is an additional redelivery charge. If you wish to have a refund due to items being returned on the grounds you weren't present to sign for the goods a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 Money Back Guarantee

If you aren't satisfied with the quality of your fuel, send back the remaining unopened bottles (at your expense) and we will refund you the value of the unopened bottles.

Price Match Guarantee

If you find similar quality bio ethanol fuel for fireplaces elsewhere for cheaper than Prestigious Fires, then call or email us with the link to the website and we will match the price. The fuel must be available on the same delivery service (next-day) for the same or lower price than featured on www.prestigiousfires.co.uk

If you have already purchased fuel from Prestigious Fires and find cheaper fuel elsewhere within 7 days of purchasing, we will refund the difference plus 10% of the difference.
